Canned Deep Fried Tunaball Tacos~ Sounds Weird But So Freaking Good!

Ok so I went on a quest, after making my kids favorite tuna noodle wiggle recipe,what else can we do with canned tuna besides sammies and casseroles! I make a mean crab cake and love fish tacos and thought hmmmm.  Tuna is a million times cheaper than crab and with all the seasonings really how different would it taste?

Tuna Noodle Wiggle ~ One of my boys favorites!

This is one of the first dishes I mastered. I honestly did not cook until I went to college and discovered how creative it could be. It's a cheesy recipe!  I actually don't use canned soups in my ingredients but this one has to have campbells cream of mushroom soup.

On the menu this evening ~ Ciopinno and crab cakes! come on!

Ok so I bought a new camera on Ebay...will be here hopefully Tuesday! but try to see how yummy this stew is! Crab claws, shrimp, calamari, little neck clams, cod....so so so good!
I am not sure why I am on a fish kick lately but we are so lucky to have a great fish monger near us that it doesn't matter what time of year it is, we can enjoy fresh fish. New England Rocks!

Fried Shrimp with Old Bay Aioli!

On the Menu this Valentines Evening ~ Fried Shrimp with Old Bay Aioli!

I was home with my oldest son, Grey, for Valentine's Day and hadn't planned on anything special for supper. I gave him a few choices, pasta carbonnara, left over beef stew, or fried shrimp.  He jumped on the fried shrimp. Instead of preparing a main dish with the shrimp I suggested the shrimp as an appetizer and having the main meal be the stew, really wanted to use that up my freezer is bursting.  Grey happily agreed, he is so good, but he said how about fried shrimp.  You got it...so here is what we came up with.
