1 lb | shrimp, cleaned and deviened |
4 | slices of slab bacon cut into lardons, keep the bacon fat |

1/4 c | light cream, or milk |
1 c | corn meal, i had white so that's what i used either is fine) |
2 | garlic cloves minced, or garlic powder |
