I made this glaze for our ham last year for Easter, I saw it on foodnetwork made by Claire Robinson, and we loved it! I used a whole grain dijon this time and I made my own fig jam and it was even better! The boys devoured it! So if you don't want to make an entire ham you can use it on a ham steak and it was yummolicious! Hope you love it as much as we did!

2 pkg | fully cooked ham steaks |
1/4 c | fig jam (i have a recipe for this on jap) |
1 Tbsp | whole grain dijon mustard |
1 Tbsp | apple cider vinegar (i didn't really measure i poured in a little at a time until i liked the taste) |
pinch of brown sugar | |
1/2 | nip of bourbon |
little lemon or water to loosen it up a bit |
