Ham Steaks with a Figgy glaze!

I made this glaze for our ham last year for Easter, I saw it on foodnetwork made by Claire Robinson, and we loved it! I used a whole grain dijon this time and I made my own fig jam and it was even better! The boys devoured it! So if you don't want to make an entire ham you can use it on a ham steak and it was yummolicious! Hope you love it as much as we did!

Thanks
Monica

2 pkgfully cooked ham steaks
1/4 cfig jam (i have a recipe for this on jap)
1 Tbspwhole grain dijon mustard
1 Tbspapple cider vinegar (i didn't really measure i poured in a little at a time until i liked the taste)
pinch of brown sugar
1/2nip of bourbon
little lemon or water to loosen it up a bit

Directions

1
add ingredients (other than ham steaks) in a sauce pan on low heat until well blended. Taste and adjust the flavors to your liking.
2
Heat some unsalted butter in a cast iron pan. Place the ham steaks in the hot pan. Cook on one side till a nice crust is formed. Flip and smear with the glaze. Cook on the other side and flip. Smear that side with the glaze and place the pan in a 375 degree oven.
