Monica's Notes:
I watched Foodnetwork the other day and Giada made these wonton cups for fish tacos, they were so cute, so I used her wonton cup idea and made my own version. They were a huge hit with the Grey and I spiced mine up a bit more and loved it, hope you do as well.

Sprinkle cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic, pimenton on the fish on both sides. Squeeze some lime juice on the fish.
Heat a pan with the canola oil. When hot dredge the fish in the flour mixture.
Add the fish to the hot oil and cook on both sides until golden brown.

Slice tomato
slice herbs, cilantro and scallions
Take about 1/2 a cup of sour cream, and the juice from a can of chipotle (do this to taste, add a little at a time to your heat level. Add lime juice and salt and pepper.
My zippy zesty cole slaw is just a package of coleslaw mayo, dijon mustard, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar salt and pepper.
place the lettuce in the bottom of the cups, then build the taco...avacado, tomato, cole slaw, fish, cilantro, chipotle sour cream scallions.
